Dr. Clarence Merchant II is a seasoned care navigator, ordained minister, and faith-based counselor with over 25 years of experience in supporting individuals and families through medical, emotional, and spiritual life challenges. He holds a Doctorate in Theology and a Ph.D. in Christian Social Service, combining deep pastoral insight with practical care strategies.

Clarence has served as a church planter, missions leader, and hospice chaplain, and now leads AnchorPoint Case Management—offering private pay case coordination services rooted in compassion, integrity, and faith. His approach is holistic, person-centered, and guided by Christian values.

He specializes in transitional care, elder advocacy, and spiritual support during times of crisis, providing a stable anchor for those navigating complex care needs.
